Testing Times Comic Blog

The life and times of a somewhat geeky mother who lives a rather alternative lifestyle in outback South Australia with a precocious seven-year-old daughter in tow. Now, we've got a new baby in the house that has displaced the seven-year-old from the center of the universe. You want to know what happens when two such forces collide? ... well, read on.

This webcomic is a personal parenting blog - yes, sometimes referred to as a mommy blog - and is updated as often as anything interesting happens in my life ... so, anything from once a fortnight to several times a week.

Need a pearl necklace or two? Three? Four? (March 18th 2008)

Aisha's jewellery box runneth over. She'd have more of this style of necklace, but she is incredibly good at breaking jewellery within a day or so of aquiring it, and then hiding the broken bits somewhere. Baba likes to give her jewellery at a whim too, so she's got quite the ludicrous collection of pretty wearable trinkets.

And yes, that is what she thinks is a smile. If you want a proper smile you have to pull faces at her, but in the absense of someone handy to pull faces over the photographer's shoulder, this is what you get.
